Resolving “Invalid signature for SetUp or TearDown method” NUnit ignore

NUnit does not allow private setup or TearDown methods so modify the access modifier to public and the tests should not be ignored
for instance it should be like that

        [SetUp]
        public void Initialize()
        {
//Do something
        }
it must be public !!!
